In the Last Nine Months, Your Spiritual Abilities Have Changed!

Our world is changing rapidly!  We are moving into a new era with massive positive changes about to happen over the next 18 months and beyond.  You have actually been preparing for this for years through the raising of your vibrations.   As our vibration level increases, so does our psychic, intuitive and manifesting abilities.  You most likely have new spiritual abilities without being aware of them.

I have seen proof of this over the last nine months!  I first noticed this in the fall of 2025.  I was at an appointment with my doctor, when she mentioned receiving intuitive guidance.  When she said that, I got a chill and received a message from my Higher Self (HS) to teach her how to use a psychic tool for better communication with her HS.  I have done this training in multiple week classes but have never trained anyone using an ad hoc approach.

I asked her if she wanted to try an experiment, which she immediately accepted.  I explained the tool and showed her how to use it.   She closed her eyes, took a few deep relaxing breaths and used the tool.  I knew she had received information from her HS when her eyes popped open, and her face broke into a huge smile.  She said, “oh my gosh, I have been getting that sensation in my body for months and never knew what it was”.  I replied, “it was your HS trying to talk to you”.

It took less than five minutes to show her how to use the tool.  We talked for another 20 minutes on different ways to use it and other information I had learned over the years.  I later found out she wasn’t the only one that could do this.  I trained random people I met, after asking my HS if this person would be open to receiving the info.  I always got a Yes and just about everyone was able to immediately use this tool at the highest level - internal vibration communication. 

That is not how it worked in the past!  I went through my energic training with about a dozen other people.  We attended multiple classes and retreats together.  So, I was able to not only experience my training journey but was also aware of the experience of the others around me.  Generally, we started communication with our HS using a pendulum, followed by some form of applied kinesiology muscle testing (external testing) and finally moved into an internal vibration communication.  In my case, which was similar to others, that process took a few years.  Today, people are going straight to the most complicated form of the tool immediately - internal vibration communication.

Recently, I have discovered what might be another spiritual tool we have received, without knowing.  I found it while taking my blood pressure measurement (BPM).  I had previously been on blood pressure medications, but stopped them about a year ago, using natural options instead.  I noticed that for some reason my BPM was creeping back up, so I started taking my measurements a few times during the day.  One day last week, I took my initial BPM.  It was 170/94.  Ten minutes later, I decided to take my blood pressure again; with the intention it would be 120/80.  It was 117/78.  I repeated that sequence on four different days last week with similar numbers.  I have used intentions to reduce my BPM in the past with little success.  Now, it seems when I set intentions for my body, it works! 

Trying to figure what was happening, I started a discussion with my HS.  I asked if these experiences with the BPM numbers were to show me that we currently have an increased ability to heal ourselves.   She answered back with a Yes and chills!  BPM is a great way to be able to measure the influence we have over our bodies now.  I have begun to communicate with my body to make other changes within my body, that I have felt no control over in the past, with some surprising successes.
